Meet Erin
For a long time I felt lost at sea in the midst of a wild storm. I was tethered to my life raft with complete confusion, anxiety, and fear.
Who am I? Where am I going? What is my purpose? What is the point? Why does everything feel like quick sand? Why does it all hurt so much?
Life’s most challenging moments have a way of making us feel isolated, hopeless, helpless, and uncertain. Will this storm cloud ever pass?
Grief changes us.
And grief completely changed me and continues to change me. After a series of storms, existential crises (who am I?), family and pet losses, and ultimately my pregnancy loss experience, I now understand that grief and sorrow are sacred awakenings into unconditional self-love.
Over the last 10 years, I have studied and embodied the teachings of death doula/end-of-life care, energy modalities, trauma-informed somatic practices, mindfulness trainings, and health coaching to remember and ignite the essence of unconditional self-love and light embodiment that has always been within. Now, I help individuals and families (including pets!) navigate life’s darkest moments through personalized, sacred experiences that reconnect you with you.
